QUALITY & EHS
The objective is to provide the right quality product or services at the right time as per the requirement of the valued customers.
All our key employees have many years of experience in the related industry. To adhere to the policy of satisfying the customer needs,
we adhere to the following quality policy;

Vendor Management:
Pre-qualification system to choose vendors for supply Raw materials, Packaging materials and consumables items.

Raw Materials Inspections
Raw materials and consumables undergo quality inspection before it reaches the production floor.

WIP Inspection:
Regular inspections are conducted by QC engineers at all stages of production namely Wire drawing, Nail making, Polishing, Threading, Collation and Packaging.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection:
All the Finished Goods are inspected at the Pre-dispatch stage such Box Packaging, Labeling, Scan Barcode, Palletizing and container stuffing process to ensure sea worthiness of the shipment.

Traceability:
In house system track the entire manufacturing process from raw material entry stage to the finished goods and shipment stage.
- Practicing Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental management system in all its core processes, activities, products & services in day-to-day operations.
- Initiate actions towards customer’s satisfaction, prevention of any injury, ill Health & Environmental pollution.
- Following Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental objectives by continual improvement and minimizing Health & Safety Hazards.
- Committed to comply with all applicable requirements related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
- All Employee undergoes industrial safety training periodically.
- New Joiners meticulously undergoes safety induction training.
